Suspicious calls disguised as ward office staff has caused damage that personal information is tricked.

Tricks

A Insurance and Pension Division employee of the Seya Ward Office said, "Please tell me your bank account because the refund is about to expire." Suspicious calls have been made to trick personal information, such as "There is a refund of the accumulated medical expenses, please tell me your bank account."
"We sent a notice of medical expenses, but we have not submitted what we wanted to submit. Please tell me the mobile phone number. "A suspicious phone calls have been made.

Precautions

There is no procedure for refunds for insurance premiums at financial institutions or ATMs. (For the insurance premium fund transfer procedure, we ask for procedures at the financial institution window / ward office window, mail the fund transfer request form to the ward office, or use the web fund transfer reception service.)
Also, there is no term cumulative medical expenses.
If you receive such a suspicious phone call, hang up once and consult the ward office or police.
