What is an ending note?

It is a notebook that looks back on your past life and describes your thoughts on how you want to walk in the future.
The Seya Ward version of the ending note contains information about yourself (life events, hobbies, special skills, favorite things, asset status, etc.), intentions in case of emergency, and messages to loved ones.

Effects of Ending Note

For me

  • Looking back on past life
  • To live with care for the future
  • You can decide on your own

For the family

  • You can understand the person's intention and wishes
  • Be able to meet your wishes
  • I don't have to worry about what to do.
