"Community Care Plaza" is a facility that supports your lively life when you are having trouble with nursing care or raising children, or want to find something worth of life. In addition, as a Regional Comprehensive Support Center, we provide consultation and support on welfare and health. Please feel free to contact us.

　By making the staff who worked during the night hours to work during the day as much as possible, we plan to enhance nursing care consultation and life consultation for the elderly and enhance local support.

・From moon to Saturday: 9-21:00 (*) Sun/holiday: 9:00 to 17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month on facility inspection days)
　　※If there is no facility reservation between 18:00 and 21:00 at night, the museum may be closed at 18:00. (Closed at 21:00 on days when reservations are made.)
　　　(The facility reservation deadline from 18:00 to 21:00 at night is the 12th of the month before the desired date of use.)

　(From the viewpoint of measures against COVID-19 infection, if there is no reservation for the night zone from Monday to Saturday, it may be closed at 18:00.)

Online consultation is available.

　Using Zoom, you can consult about welfare, nursing care services, local activities, etc. from your home using a smartphone or personal computer. Tripartite consultation, including distant family members is also possible. Please contact each community care plaza in advance.
