What is Sport GOMI (Sports GOMI)?…
This is a new sport originating in Japan that adds the essence of sports to the garbage collection.
A team of up to five will work together to pick up garbage within the specified area within the time limit and compete for its quality and quantity at points.

Until now, the event was held in a remote format as a countermeasure against COVID-19 infection, but this time it will be held for the first time in five years. In addition to the quiz tournament on the environment, we will also exhibit panels and other materials to help you learn about how to separate plastic waste, which will be changed from October.

■Participation Conditions: Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible.
　①1 team consisting of 2 or more, 5 or less.
　②For elementary school students and younger, please include at least one guardian over the age of 16 (high school student) as one or more.
　③As part of the competition strategy, the location information application "Cocoil" ※It can be used at any time.
　If you wish to use it, it is necessary that there is one person in the team who can use the app on a smartphone, etc.

　※"Cocoil" is an application that allows you to create a circle with your friends and share location information.
　You can proceed with the competition while grasping the location information between the teams using the app.
　It can be used for 12 hours only, and there is no need to create an account, so you can use it safely.
