About rental of election equipment

The Sakae Ward Election Commission lends election equipment to schools in the ward for the purpose of use in student council officers' elections. If you have any questions, please contact us.

※Please check in advance as it may not be possible to borrow it depending on the time and quantity.
※We ask each person to transport equipment such as ballot boxes, so please come by a car that can be transported when receiving it.

1. Please contact Sakae Ward Statistics and Elections Section to check the reservation status.
2. If there is a vacancy in the reservation, please fill out the application form for borrowing voting equipment (PDF: 116KB) and submit it.
3. As the rental date approaches, we will adjust the time etc.
4. Please come to the ward office on the day. I'll lend you some equipment. Please transport equipment by yourself (come by car, etc.).
5. Please return it on the return date.
