Application Guidelines

Job description

 Family Registry Division Registration Section Business Assistance
  ・Transfer input related to Basic Resident Register registration
  ・Issuance of Family Registry Division Certificate Issuance Business
  ・Other Family Registry Division Business Assistance
  ・Disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

Eligibility for application

  (1) Interest and motivation in the Basic Resident Register system and Family Registry Division operations
  (2) There is no problem with daily conversation and reading comprehension skills in Japanese and can perform basic operations (input, simple search, etc.) of a personal computer.

  ※Those who fall under any of the following are not eligible.
   Oh The following persons who fall under the provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law
   ・Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer receive their execution
   ・A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
   ・A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
   ・After the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution, political parties and other parties that claim to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
    Those who have formed or joined the organization.
   Oh A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)
