• Photos taken by the applicant since January 2023.
• Up to 3 points per person

1 Limited to photos for which the applicant (photographer) has all rights such as copyrights.
2 Photos of places where photography is prohibited are not allowed.
3 When shooting with a person or store in the subject, be sure to obtain the consent of the person and the store.
4 Processing and composing images that alter the facts are not allowed. (Mild color correction and exposure correction is possible.)
5 The copyright of the submitted photo belongs to the applicant or the original copyright holder, but the Sakae Ward shall be licensed free of charge. In addition, we will not contact applicants in advance regarding the timing of use or media to be used as public relations for Sakae Ward.
6 When Sakae Ward uses the submitted photos, it may be trimmed, color correction, reduction or enlargement.
7 Personal information such as the applicant's contact information will be used only in this project and will not be used for any other purpose without the permission of the individual.
8 We are not responsible for any troubles related to infringement of portrait rights or copyrights.
9 If there are many applications, we will select photos.
10 The capacity of the attachment that can be uploaded is less than 10MB per file.
