"Development of Sakae Ward Plan"

This plan draws the future image of the ward roughly 20 years later, and shows the policy and specific approaches to realize it, and opinions received through round-table conferences with inhabitants of a ward It was formulated while reflecting.

Based on the survey of inhabitants of a ward in 2000 and the basic survey on town planning in 2001, we proceeded with the development of the Sakae Ward plan according to the following procedure.
