Building a building at a certain distance from the boundary of the land in order to secure the road space and to achieve uniformity and continuity of the cityscape by widening the narrow road.

If the front road of the site is less than 4m in width, the boundary of the site must be retreated from the road center line to the line 2m line according to the provisions of the Building Standards Law.
