Nishi Ward celebrated its 70th anniversary on April 1, 2014.
To celebrate the 70th anniversary, the 70th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system will be held.

At the ceremony, we will recruit general participants so that inhabitants of a ward can participate widely. If you would like to participate, please check the recruitment details for the following general participants before applying.

Nisimae Elementary School Gymnasium (2-27-7, Chuo, Nishi-ku)

3. Number of participants

400 (Breakdown: 300 pre-invited guests, 100 general participants)

Chorus and ensemble by elementary school studenｔ Nisimae Elementary School, 70th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system (a sign donation ceremony, photo mosaic art) and performances by drum performance group Kowa.

In the case of a large number of entries, a lottery will be held.

Please fill out required items on the application form (Excel version (Excel: 34KB) / PDF (PDF: 82KB) version (PDF: 82KB)), and submit it to the next application by mail, fax, or e-mail .

4. Application period

From Monday, September 8, 2014 to Friday, October 17, 2014.

5. Precautions

• The number of applicants will be limited to 4 people per group due to the venue.
• If you would like to take a temporary childcare center, please let us know. (Applicable to pre-school age of 2 years or older)
• The lottery results will be announced by mail two weeks before the ceremony.
