1. Please fill in the required items on the registration form (PDF: 366KB) for Nishi Ward Health and Welfare Division Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (daily job) and bring it to the following application or reference or submit it by mail.
2. If you wish to appoint on April 1, 2024, please submit a registration form by [17:00 on Friday, February 16, 2024]. (In the case of mail, it must arrive by Friday, February 16, 2024)
   You have you download registration form from homepage or hand over at ward office window.
3. You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of registration is until March 31, 2025)
   For those who meet the conditions such as the job type to be recruited and the number of working days, we will contact you that the selection will be conducted. Selection will be made at any time during the year as needed.
4. If you wish to make a selection, please submit the application documents (Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (PDF: 148KB), a copy of a certificate certifying qualification requirements) by the designated date.
5. After the selection process, we will inform you of the results.
6. If the recruitment is made as a result of the selection, we will proceed with the appointment as a fiscal year appointment staff.

Registration is not a promise of appointment. Even if you register, if the conditions do not meet the conditions, we will not contact you for selection.

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salaries and reimbursement of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.

Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law

Appointments will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
If your work performance is good, you may be reappointed. (Up to 4 times)

In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law, the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed.

1. Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer receive their execution
2. A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
3. A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
4. A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
5. A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

If necessary, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.

1. The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff.
2. Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned.
3. If the 2024 budget is not voted in the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
