This is a consultation by a lawyer dispatched from the Kanagawa Bar Association. I can talk about legal issues.
However, it is only a general explanation of the law and does not resolve it here.
It is used as a reference or clue when solving a problem, and it is not possible to prepare documents such as contracts on this occasion.

As part of the digital ward office demonstration experiment conducted by Nishi Ward, we provide online legal consultation for those who are busy and unable to visit the ward office or who are difficult to visit the agency.

Please note that the relevant page will not open until the reservation start date and time.
・Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one slot can be reserved per person. The reservation deadline is until the day before the implementation date.
・User registration is required for reservation. User registration can be done in advance from the next page.

By registering in advance, you can make a smooth reservation after the reservation starts.

Online consultation will be conducted via Zoom. Please let us know your name, Phone number, e-mail address and desired time when making a reservation.
※Reservations by telephone, next agency, or e-mail are made by staff on behalf of them. Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed until a proxy reservation is made.

This consultation is an online consultation using Zoom, and consultation using video and audio via Zoom is possible. The consultant should improve the usage environment for video, audio, network, etc. in advance.

After the reservation is completed, we will send you an inquiry form. Consultation contents The consultation contents described in the input form will be given to the lawyer in charge in advance. By entering the consultation content in advance, you can consult more deeply, so we recommend that you enter it in advance as much as possible.
※When entering, please fill in the "reservation time", "reservation name", and "reservation e-mail address" to identify the consultant.
※You can enter the content of the consultation as many times as you want, but the content of the consultation to be given to the lawyer is only the final content as of the day before the consultation. (You cannot browse and overwrite the content you applied once from My Page and apply again.)

※Reservations can only be made per person. If you want to change the reservation time, etc., please cancel the reservation first and register again.
※Cancellation of reservations from My Page is possible up to 3 days before the consultation date. After that, if you cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the following contact information. When contacting us, please inform us of the "reservation time", "reservation name", and "reservation e-mail address" to identify the consultant.

Zoom URL, meeting ID, and passcode will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking on the morning of the day of the consultation. If you do not receive the email, please contact the following inquiries.

※Please participate in the meeting about 5 minutes before the start time. I'll connect with a lawyer as soon as I'm ready.
※If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may be asked to call Phone number at the time of booking.
※There is no extension of consultation time due to late entry etc. Consultation within the time frame is possible, but consultation may not be possible if the start time has passed 20 minutes.

(Reception starts at 8:45 for residents of Nishi Ward and 11:00 for residents outside Nishi Ward.)

Cancellations without contact will be included in the number of consultations used.
