Nishi Ward Office for Citizen Empowerment is a community-based support center that aims to revitalize public interest activities in Nishi Ward
The Nishi Ward Lifelong Learning Support Center has been added to stimulate lifelong learning activities.

（１） Offering group
　　　Target of offer assumes group corresponding to any of the following.
　　　Oh, group having activity results of citizen public interest activity, lifelong learning support in the city
　　　Group having the track record of management, administration of public facilities in i city
　　　Groups that have the philosophy of civic public interest activities and lifelong learning, and can develop business according to a or b above

（２） Qualification of application
　　　The qualification for the application shall be an organization that falls under all of the following items. In addition, we receive presentation of participation intention application form and confirm participation qualification.
　　　Oh, being listed in general competitive bidding qualified person list of Yokohama-shi by item of "various investigation plan" or "other consignment" in list of qualified person of Yokohama-shi
　　　　Or it is expected that it will be listed before the contract is concluded.
　　　The location classification of the general competitive bidding qualified person list of i Yokohama City is listed in "city" or "quasi-city" or　　　
　　　　It is expected to be listed before the contract is concluded.
　　　(C) The main purpose is not to be religious or political activities.

（３） Disqualifications
　　　Groups that fall under any of the following cannot be applied.
　　　Oh, person corresponding to rule of Local Government Act enforcement order Article 167-4.
　　　(A) At the time of application documents submission, suspension of participation in general competitive bidding in Motoichi or nomination of designated competitive bidding
　　　A person who has taken measures such as suspension
　　　C) Persons who have delinquent corporate tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax for the last year

※The operation period is, in principle, five years from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029, but outsourcing contracts are made every single year.

　　　From Wednesday, November 22, 2023 to Monday, December 4, 2023

（３） How to ask questions
　　　Fill out the questionnaire with a summary of the question and submit it to Regional Promotion Division Nishi Ward by e-mail (ni-chiikishinko@city.yokohama.jp).
　　　※We will not respond to inquiries by the next agency or telephone.

（４） Answers
　　　By Tuesday, December 12, 2023, all organizations that have been approved to participate in all submitted questions and answers submitted and their answers.
　　　Send by e-mail (we do not disclose the personal information of the questioner).
　　　Answers to questions and answers shall have the same effect as the guidelines, as integral with the essential points.
