In order to support the desire to create a place to gather with local people, Nishi Ward has created a guidebook that includes tips and ideas for the first step in creating a place to stay.
This is an essence of the content of the Nishi Ward community development University, which was offered under the theme of "Plus One Connections to Create Yourself."
"I just moved and I don't know each other" or "I have less contact with society since I started raising children," it's a good idea to find my own "place" in such a case, but there is also a way to create a place. It is a guidebook filled with such thoughts if a circle of gathering is created in various places in the area, and everyone can smile and happy.
