Notification of transfer and enrollment at elementary and junior high schools

| Details of procedures | A letter of admission for new elementary school children will be sent to parents around October 15 every year. The notice will include the date and time of physical checkup. |

・About mail reception desk of out-of-area study
For out-of-area study, we also accept notifications for admission by mail. (International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)
Download the application form and fill out the required items. Please mail it to Nishi Ward Office together with the original letter of consent issued by the principal of the school you are enrolled in and the registration form.

※Points to note
・You can submit a report by mail only when you enter a new school. In the case of transfer, please notify us at the counter.
・For Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, we may contact you.
・Please note that the letter of acceptance issued by the principal of the school you are enrolled does not include a letter of acceptance.
・Please note that we will not contact you for receipt unless there is any deficiency. Therefore, it is certain that simple registered mail is used when mailing.

※If you have moved to Nishi Ward and are already enrolled in a private, prefectural, or national elementary or junior high school, you do not need to go through school procedures.
