I would like to inform you about the shooting procedure at a park in Naka Ward.

Permission conditions
Date and time of shooting
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays
※ This time includes the installation and removal time.
Park that can be photographed
To the list of parks
※ The following parks, which are relatively large, will be handled by the park in charge of central Environmental Planning Bureau.
Yamashita Park, Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen), Negishi Forest Park, Yokohama Park, Odori Park, Hinodegaawa Koen, Yamabuki Park, Motomachi Park.
Yamate Italian Garden, Yamate Park, Honmoku Municipal Park, Honmoku Seaside Park, Honmoku Sancho Park, American Mountain Park
※ About the following parks, we cannot photograph because there is problem in park management.
Shinhonmaki Park, Motomachi Hyakudan Park, Yamate Observatory Park, Shinyamashita 2-chome Bayside Park, Ougi-cho Koen
※ Kaiko Hiroba Park and Yamashita-Cho Koen are cleaned on Monday and Friday mornings.
※ About Kashiwaba Park, Koko Minami Park, multipurpose open space of Honmoku Hiroba Park, garden stadium (tennis court) of Koko Minami Park,
It is managed by the Park Facility Management Committee. Separate procedures such as application for use to the above committee are required.

Basic Approach and Restrictions on Park Use
The park is a place for citizens to relax and spend a safe and comfortable time.
For a long time, occupying a large space or making a loud noise is not permitted because it may bother other park users and neighbors.
Photographing of loading and unloading many equipment is not permitted because it takes time to prepare and may cause inconvenience to other users and neighbors. (It is also forbidden to drive cars into the park to carry equipment.)
In addition, we cannot permit photography of act prohibited in Yokohama-shi park regulations Article 5 and act restricted by the regulations Article 6.
※ Specific examples of shooting that cannot be permitted
- Photographing of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles)
- Shooting a skateboard
- Photographing using drones (including toy drones)
- Photographing of animals (dogs, etc.) free-range animals
- Shooting ball games such as soccer and baseball outside sports facilities
- Shooting using fire
- Photographing of rain, snow, and fallen leaves using machines (rainfall machines, snowfall machines, power vehicles)
- Photographing using large equipment such as rails and cranes, and paper blowings that cannot be collected.
- Photography that occupies places and facilities for a long time or shoots that emit loud noises
- In addition, those that cause discomfort to park users and shooting that disturb nearby residents
- Depending on the situation of the park, you may not be able to shoot for reasons other than the above, so please make sufficient adjustments in advance.
Park usage fee
Commercial photography (shooting as a business)
Photography: 15,000 yen
Video shooting: 30,000 yen
※ If the shooting takes more than half a day (4 hours), two usage fees will be charged.
※ When shooting in multiple parks on the same day, procedures are required for each park, and a fee is charged for each park.
Photographs other than the above (various commemorative photos, model photo sessions, etc.)
3,900 yen for both photography and video shooting

Procedures for shooting
1 Confirmation of availability on the desired shooting date
After confirming that the shooting is in accordance with the shooting permission conditions, please contact us if there is any space on the day you wish to shoot.
※ Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and office hours cannot be accepted.

2 Reservation of shooting date
When the shooting is confirmed, please make a reservation.
※ Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and office hours cannot be accepted.
※ This is a procedure to prevent other schedules from entering during the permission procedure.
3 Application for permission to act in the park (photographing permission)
Create an application for permission to act in the park (for shooting) and, together with materials that understand the contents of the shooting, up to 8 days before the day of shooting (standard processing period. Excluding the number of days required for amendments, etc.), e-mail, mail or directly to the Naka Public Works Office window.

Materials that show the contents of the shooting: Scripts, picture books, plan books, perfume tables, layout drawings, etc.
4 Receipt of permission to act in the park and delivery of park usage fees at public financial institutions
We will contact you after the permission procedure is completed, so please come to Naka Public Works Office before shooting to receive a permit in the park and pay the park usage fee.
You will have to pay the park usage fee at the nearest financial institution, so please come to the office when you can pay at the financial institution.
After delivery confirmation (confirmation with receipt) of park fee for use, we issue act permission in park.
5 Precautions when using the park (photographing)
When using the park, please carry an act permit in the park.
1 Protection of planting belts
Do not enter the planting zone and do not damage the planting zone.
Also, do not place or install equipment in the planting belt.
Don't wire the trees.
2 Management of shooting locations
As a general rule, sets and rails cannot be laid. Also, it is not possible to use firearms.
Maintain and manage the shooting location so that the shooting location is always in good condition.
Please try not to support the structure or use of the park.
The shooting location cannot be monopolized. Please use it in consideration of the general park users.
When using electricity, cure cables, etc., and try to prevent accidents.
When shooting, please give due consideration to the privacy of third parties.
When the shooting is completed, please return the park facilities to its original state.
If the original state is not restored, the mayor will do this on behalf of the mayor and collect the expenses.
3 Consideration for the surrounding road environment
Illegal parking is prohibited. It is also forbidden to get on the sidewalk or in the park.
Do not place photography equipment unnecessarily on public roads or in parks.
If the range of use protrudes to the road, obtain permission from the police station in charge.
4 Neighboring adjustment
Do not interfere with the business of nearby stores.
In addition, please coordinate with neighboring stores and related government companies in advance.
(Please submit the date and time of the adjustment, the person in charge, etc. to the Central Civil Engineering Office in writing.)
Please explain the contents of the shooting to local self-government associations, Neighborhood Associations, park protection associations, etc. in advance and obtain consent.
(Because there is a house nearby, please be careful about taking in and out of equipment before and after using the park.)
5 Compensation, etc.
In the event of damage to a third party due to shooting, or in the event of a dispute (including complaints, etc.) with a third party;
It is the responsibility of the applicant.
Please stop shooting when urgent construction is required or when it is necessary for the public interest.
In this case, we will not respond to compensation for damages.
