About photography procedure in park in Naka Ward

　It is not permitted to occupy a large space for a long time or make a loud noise because it may cause inconvenience to other park users and neighbors.
　Shooting to carry in and out many equipment is not permitted because it takes time to prepare and may cause inconvenience to other users and neighbors. (It is also forbidden to drive a car in the park to carry equipment.)
　In addition, we cannot permit about act prohibited by Yokohama-shi park regulations Article 5 and act restricted by the regulations Article 6 of the regulations.

• In addition, shootings that cause discomfort to park users and disturb nearby residents
• Depending on the situation of the park, it may not be possible to shoot for reasons other than the above, so please adjust it sufficiently in advance.

　We will contact you when the permission procedure is completed, so please come to Naka Public Works Office to receive the act permit in the park and pay the park fee before shooting.
　As you have to pay park usage fee at the nearest financial institution, please come to the time when you can pay at the financial institution.
　After delivery confirmation of park fee for use (confirmation with receipt), we issue act permission in park.

1 Protection of planting belts

　　Do not stand in the planting zone and do not damage the planting zone.
　　Also, do not place equipment or install equipment in the planting zone.
　　Do not apply wiring on trees and trees.

2 Management of shooting location

　　As a general rule, set and rails cannot be laid. In addition, it is not possible to use a fire extinguisher.
　　Maintain and manage the shooting location so that it is in good condition at all times.
　　Please make sure that there is no obstacle to the structure or use of the park.
　　It is not possible to monopolize the shooting location. Please use it in consideration of the general park users.
　　When using electricity, feed the cables, etc., and try to avoid accidents.
　　Please give due consideration to the privacy of third parties when shooting.
　　When shooting is completed, please return the park facilities to its original state.
　　If the condition is not restored, the mayor of the city will do this on behalf of the mayor and collect the costs.

3 Consideration for the surrounding road environment

　　Illegal parking is prohibited. It is also forbidden to enter on the sidewalk or in the park.
　　Do not place photography equipment on public roads or in the park.
　　If the range of use protrudes on the road, obtain permission to use the road from the relevant police station.

4 Neighboring adjustment

　　Please do not interfere with the business of nearby stores.
　　In addition, please coordinate with neighboring stores and related government companies in advance.
　　(Please submit the person in charge, etc. to the Central Civil Engineering Office in the form of writing.)
　　Please explain the contents of the shooting to the local self-government society, Neighborhood Associations, park protection society, etc., and obtain your consent.
　　(Because there is a house nearby, please be careful when carrying in and out the equipment before and after using the park.)

5 Compensation, etc.

　　In the event of damage to a third party due to shooting, or if a dispute with a third party (including a complaint, etc.) occurs with the third party.
　　Resolving it at your own risk.
　　Please stop shooting when emergency work is necessary or when it is necessary for the public interest.
　　In this case, compensation will not be accepted.
