(4)Unification of applicants for commemorative photography
Until now, applications related to commemorative photography have been made as a business (work) even if the photo studios, etc. acted as applicants on behalf of those who wish to take a commemorative photo (hereinafter referred to as the subject). It was not considered a photo taken, but was regarded as a commemorative photo of the subject, and was accepted for 3,900 yen. In the future, we will unify the individual's commemorative photo only if the name of the subject is entered in the applicant column of the application form.
