About 2024 food hygiene manager practical training class

Food hygiene managers must attend a practical training course for food hygiene managers at least once a year to acquire new knowledge on food hygiene.
In 2024, we will hold a food hygiene manager practical training course on the following schedule (free of charge). Advance reservations are required to take the course.

Schedule and Time

① Wednesday, June 19
② Tuesday, July 9

The content is the same for every time.

Reception starts: From 1:30 pm
Training time: From 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Capacity: 40 people each time (first come, first served)

If the application has reached the capacity, please take the course at another time. Congestion is expected in December. I would like to ask for your cooperation in the early schedule.
※If you are unable to attend the course on the above schedule, you will also be conducting a practical workshop (e-learning type / group training type) by the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Association at the end of the fiscal year, so please take one of them. We will inform you after the event is decided.

Application method

You will need to make a reservation in advance.
Please prepare your food hygiene manager's card (certificate) and apply by e-mail or telephone.
Please let us know the date of the course, the name of the person in charge, the ledger number (number starting with 30-), the name of the sales office, and the location of the office.

About food hygiene manager

To become a food hygiene officer, you must have one of the following qualifications:

  1. A qualified doctor, dentist, pharmacist or veterinarian
  2. Those who have graduated from universities or colleges of technology, dentistry, pharmaceutical science, veterinary medicine, livestock science, fisheries, and agricultural chemistry
  3. Qualified cooks, dietitians, dietitians, confectionery hygienists, ship cooks, poultry processing hygiene manager, Kanagawa Fugu kitchen knives (only if a license was obtained before May 31, 2021) Person
  4. Those who have completed the Food Sanitation Officer Training Course (*) held in Yokohama City or other prefectural cities
