Flu
What kind of symptoms are you?
The epidemic season is from December to March.
After an incubation period of 1 to 3 days, it is an infectious disease that causes systemic symptoms such as high fever, headache, general malaise, muscle pain, and joint pain that rapidly deteriorate. In infants and the elderly, encephalitis may rarely become severe due to encephalitis.

How can I prevent infection?
Hand washing and gargle are effective. During the flu season, avoid going out to crowds and downtown areas. Vaccination is also effective. If you have a cough, don't forget to cough etiquette.

Norovirus
What kind of symptoms are you?
Recently, outbreaks have been seen throughout the year, but the most epidemic is winter. Symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and fever, most often recover in a few days, but can be serious in infants and the elderly with weak resistance.

[How do you know?]
Infected when foodstuffs contaminated with the virus (such as bivalves) are eaten without sufficient heating. Foods contaminated through virus-infected cooks can also cause poisoning. Scattered vomit that families and caregivers may touch the feces and vomit of a person infected with the virus may float and become infected.

When treating vomit and feces, wear masks and vinyl gloves so as not to touch them directly. Use chlorine bleach to disinfect. Alcohol and inverse soap do not have much effect. Put the used mask, gloves, rag, etc. in a plastic bag and throw away.
Avoid raw food as much as possible, and heat it at 85 degrees or more for at least 1 minute so that the fire can pass through the center.
