The 3rd Naka Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan "Nakanaka!"

The Community Welfare and Health Plan is designed to make our town where we live now a town where the individuality and charm of each area live and everyone can live with peace of mind forever.

Local residents, Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association, business operators, volunteers, and public institutions (government, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Community Care Plaza, etc.) will work together.

The Social Welfare Law (Article 107) Municipalities shall endeavor to formulate a plan that integrates the following matters as matters related to the promotion of community welfare (hereinafter referred to as the “municipal community welfare plan”).
　Matters to be addressed in common with respect to the welfare of the elderly, the welfare of the disabled, the welfare of the elementary school studenｔ and other welfare in the community
　(Ii) Matters concerning the promotion of appropriate use of welfare services in the region
　(3) Matters concerning the sound development of businesses aimed at social welfare in the region
　(Iv) Matters concerning the promotion of residents' participation in activities related to community welfare
　(V) When implementing the projects set forth in each item of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, matters relating to the businesses listed in each item of that paragraph.
When 2 municipalities devise municipal community-based welfare plans or intend to change them, they shall endeavor to reflect the opinions of local residents, etc., and shall endeavor to publish their contents.
The three municipalities shall endeavor to conduct surveys, analyze, and evaluate the municipal community-based welfare plan that they have formulated, and when deemed necessary, change the municipal community-based welfare plan.

The Yokohama City Community Welfare and Health Plan aims to be a community development where everyone can live with peace of mind, businesses, and public institutions (administrative, Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Community Care Plaza, etc.) work together to solve local issues such as welfare and health. It is developed and promoted for the purpose of promoting the creation of a system for supporting the local community.
