If you register information such as emergency contact number in advance at the Community Care Plaza, you will receive a "key ring" for going out with your registration number and a "magnet" for home that can be affixed to refrigerators. In the event of an emergency, the Community Care Plaza will provide appropriate information to emergency services and medical institutions based on the registration number.

Target: Those 65 years or older who wish to register in Naka Ward
