"Eat meat raw" = "eat bacteria as well"
Even if healthy adults do not suffer food poisoning, children with weak resistance are more susceptible to infection and become more severe. ※I have to do it.
※Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (O157, etc.) → Hemolytic uremic syndrome (yoketsusei niyodokushogun) (renal dysfunction, etc.)
2 Is it burnt? Let's check it!
Whether you're in a shop or at home, bake the meat firmly until the color of the center changes completely! (Approximately 1 minute or more at 75 °C)
Even if you have trouble, let's change chopsticks!
- When yakiniku, use chopsticks that touch raw meat and chopsticks for eating! (It's a good idea to use tongs to feed the raw meat.)
- Don't feed your child with chopsticks touching raw meat!
- Bacteria are also attached to cutting boards and kitchen knives. Let's be careful not to get bacteria on raw vegetables!
