For elderly people who need nursing care

Anshin Denwa (emergency help call)

 For elderly people living alone, etc., install a notification device on the phone so that they can immediately contact their neighbors and emergency services. To use it, it is necessary to have a landline telephone line and telephone at home.
 In addition to paying the fee required for landlines, municipal tax-exempt households will be charged a fee of 650 yen (excluding tax) every month.

Visiting guidance

 Public health nurses and nurses at the ward office will visit homes such as those who are 40 years or older and live alone or are frail to help maintain the health of themselves and their families.

Meal Service

 In the event that it is difficult to secure meals, such as those who live alone or have a similar household, a food service provider will deliver nutritionally balanced meals and provide safety confirmation services.
 The number of uses is one meal a day and five meals a week, and you will be required to pay the actual cost such as foodstuffs.

Visiting dental care

 For those who are bedridden over the age of 65 and have difficulty going to a dental clinic, we provide dental care (insurance medical treatment) by home visit.

Visiting beauty services

 A hairdresser travels to the home of those who have been certified as needing 4 or 5 requiring nursing care, who are generally 65 years old or older and have difficulty going to a barber shop or beauty salon.
 If you need support 1.2 or need nursing care 1 to 3 and have difficulty going out to a hairdressing salon, please contact Minami Ward Elderly and Disabled Support Division.

Disposable diaper benefits

 If you meet all of the following requirements in a social security household or a municipal tax-exempt household, you will receive a disposable diaper.

  • Certified as one of the nursing care required 1 to 5
  • Being bedridden or demented
  • I am receiving care at home

 social security households are free, and municipal tax-exempt households are charged 10%. In addition, there is an upper limit standard amount depending on the degree of care required.
