About Saturday open agency
It is expected that Saturday will be very crowded. Procedures that can be performed by mail, online, etc. are provided on the following page.
For customers who cannot come to the office on weekdays, we have opened some offices, mainly in Family Registry Division and Insurance and Pension Division.
Schedule: 2nd and 4th Saturday
Hours: 9 a.m. to noon
Caution: Some services cannot be handled, such as those requiring confirmation from other municipalities, pension offices, and the Network System for Basic Resident Registers-related services. For more information, please be sure to check before visiting the Agency.
