The Midori Ward promotes the Midori Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan, based on the basic philosophy of "Towards a Midori Ward where everyone can continue to live with peace of mind."
We carried out inhabitant of a ward questionnaire to reflect on progress situation of the second term (from 2011 to 2015) and basic document in the third plan development (from 2016 to 2020) .

Overview of the questionnaire

Survey period: From Thursday, August 21, 2014 to Monday, September 8,
Survey target: 4,500 Midori Ward citizens aged 20 and over (random sampling)
Investigation method: Distribution and collection of questionnaires by mail
Number of collected items: 1,301 Recovery rate 28.9% valid votes 1,301
Content of the survey (30 questions): (1) Overview of respondents; (2) Questions by area according to the five keywords of the "Midori no Wa / Sasai Ai Plan" basic goal; (3) Questions on welfare and health in general
