Midori Ward offers free special consultations by lawyers and judicial scriveners.
Although it is a short time, please feel free to apply as it is the first step in solving your worries.

＊All special consultations will not be held on public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 28 to January 4).

• For reservations, please apply to Public Relations Section by telephone (045-930-2219) or directly at the counter (ward office 1st floor general information).
• Reservation Reception hours: From 8:45 to 17:15 on the ward office opening day
• Reservation start date: Legal consultation is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:45, two weeks before the consultation date, and tax consultations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the reservation start date coincides with a public holiday, the application will be accepted from the previous opening date (the legal consultation reservation start date when including the long-term closing period is as follows.) 。 Other consultations are accepted from time to time.

※Special consultation should be given priority to Midori Ward residents (resident, working, or attending school). If you are not a Midori Ward citizen, please contact your municipality first. If you have special circumstances, such as when you are a resident of the city and have special consultations conducted by other wards, you can take the course at Midori Ward. However, tax consultations are limited to Midori Ward residents. In addition, we can guide if there is space on the day of consultation, so please confirm by telephone or window.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that many people can use it comfortably.

1. Consultation time is 25 minutes. Please arrange the contents as much as possible and contact us.
2. Legal consultation reservations are made only once in the first half (April 1 to September 30) and once in the second half (October 1 to March 31) per person. (Effected as of April 1, 2019)
3. This is a general explanation of the law, and is intended to be used as a reference when solving problems.
4. We do not introduce lawyers at the ward office.
　In addition, it is not possible to ask the lawyer in charge of the consultation to solve the problem or do specific work on this occasion.
　If you would like to ask a lawyer to solve the problem, please consult the Kanagawa Bar Association's "Legal Consultation Center" (Tel: 045-211-7701).
5. Many people wish to use the service, so please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your reservation.
　As a general rule, cancellation on the day of the event is not allowed.
　If you do not come on the day without contacting us, you will not be able to make a new reservation in the first half or second half of the month of your application.
6. If you violate the rules of attorney's duties (for example, if a lawyer has already received a conflict of interest), you may be refused to use it.
