Medical examination and childcare
Health and Welfare Center informs you of the schedule for infant health checkups. If you have any inconvenience on the designated schedule or if you feel sick on the day, please come to the medical examination date after the designated date (for another schedule, see the paper enclosed in the letter.) ) 。
Notifications will be sent to your home approximately two weeks before the date of your medical examination. If you do not receive it, please contact Children and Families Support Division. Also, please fill out the enclosed questionnaire with required items and bring it with you on the day.
