Announcement from Green Civil Engineering Mini Gallery

Currently, the winners of the Midori Ward Photo Contest 2023 are on display at the Green Civil Engineering Mini Gallery.
In order to preserve the current state of Midori Ward, including nature, cityscapes and activities of Midori Ward in the future as "Midori Ward Photo Archive Photo Archive Photography," we received an application under the theme of "Midori Ward Flowers, Greenery and Agriculture - GREEN x EXPO 2027."

Midori Public Works Office has set up a mini gallery on the stairs as a place to disseminate information and announce the activities of residents of the city. Please take advantage of the mini gallery that will be brighter.
Currently, we are looking for works to be exhibited from April. In addition to introducing activities such as Hama Road Supporters, Park Protection Association and Waterfront Protection Association, it can be used as a place to present works such as paintings and photographs of individuals and groups related to Midori Ward. It is a small space as a bridge for regional exchange, but please use it as a familiar place for local people.

If you wish to use the mini gallery, submit the “Green Civil Engineering Mini Gallery Application Form” to Midori Public Works Office. Applications will be accepted at any time and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. (The usage period is one month for the maximum period.) In addition, we will judge whether the submitted exhibition content does not violate the purpose of the mini gallery, and if it is determined that there is no problem, we will accept this. Shall do. In addition, if the desired month overlaps, the exhibitor will be determined by lot. If the application is at the same time, it will be decided by lottery, and the result will be notified to the applicant after the lottery.

The submitted exhibition contents shall be permitted if they do not violate the purpose of the mini gallery. However, those that fall under any of the following items are excluded.

1. Those that violate or may violate public order and morals, such as laws and regulations
2. Political and religious nature
3. Principles on Social Issues
4. Business card advertising for individuals or corporations
5. Anything that may cause discomfort or harm to the public
6. Sales and donation of goods, or advertising for them.
7. Other exhibits that Director Public Works Office recognizes as inappropriate exhibits

The user manages the exhibited works at the user's responsibility, and Public Works Office shall not be liable for any damages or theft of the exhibited works.

Even after reception, if it is determined that the purpose of the mini gallery is contrary to the purpose of the mini gallery, the use will be canceled.
