Winners of the Midori Ward Photo Contest 2023 are on display.

Currently, the Green Earth Mini Gallery is displaying the winning works of the Midori Ward Photo Contest 2023.
In order to preserve the nature, cityscapes and activities of Midori Ward as "Midori Ward Photo Archive Photography," we applied for the theme of "Midori Ward Flowers, Greenery, Agriculture - GREEN x EXPO 202Midori Ward for the future."

Green clay mini gallery as a place to announce inhabitants' activities

Exhibition groups are looking for exhibit works

Green Public Works Office has set up a mini-gallery on the walls of stairs to disseminate information and announce the activities of residents. Please use the mini gallery that will make it brighter.
We are currently looking for works to be exhibited from April. In addition to introducing activities such as Hama Road Supporters, Park Protection Association and Waterside Protection Association, it can also be used as a place to present paintings and photographs of individuals and groups related to Midori Ward. Please use it as a bridge for regional exchange, although it is a small space, as a familiar place for local residents.

How to use

Purpose

It can be used for the purpose of supporting and promoting cultural and exchange activities with the local community through activities such as affiliated organizations using the Green Earth Mini Gallery.

The wall of the staircase in Midori Public Works Office (876-13 Tokaichibacho, Midori-ku, Yokohama)

User

Individuals and organizations engaged in cultural and exchange activities related to the Midori Ward with the aim of supporting and promoting cultural and exchange activities with local communities.

Application for use

If you wish to use the mini gallery, please submit the “Application for Greenery Mini Gallery” to Midori Public Works Office. Applications will be accepted from time to time and will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. (The maximum period of use is one month.) In addition, we will judge whether the submitted exhibition contents are contrary to the purpose of the mini gallery, and if it is determined that there is no problem, accept this Shall do. In addition, if the desired month overlaps, etc., the exhibitor will be determined by lot. If the application is at the same time, it will be decided by lottery, and the result will be notified to the applicant after the lottery.

From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the opening of Public Works Office

Permit to use

The content of the submitted exhibition shall be permitted if it does not violate the purpose of the mini gallery. However, those that fall under the following items are excluded.

  1. Those that violate or may violate laws and regulations, public order and morals
  2. Politics and Religious
  3. The principle of social issues
  4. Business card advertising for individuals or corporations
  5. Those that may cause discomfort or harm to the public
  6. To sell goods, raise funds, and other advertising for them.
  7. Other items recognized by Director Public Works Office as inappropriate for exhibitions

Responsibility

You manage the exhibited works at your own risk, and Public Works Office will not be liable for any damage or theft of the exhibited works.

Cancellation of reception

Even after the reception, if it is determined that it is contrary to the purpose of the mini gallery, the use will be canceled.

Changes and cancellations of use

If there are any changes or cancellations regarding the application, please contact us immediately.

Others

After use, please clean up and clean so that the next applicant can use it.
