I want to maintain a sewer in a private road
It is a rule to maintain sewer pipes on private roads at the expense of the local people. However, in Yokohama City, there is an offer from everyone about sewerage work in a private road, and if certain conditions are met, we will help you insert a sewer pipe.
Depending on the conditions, your construction cost burden, the management method after completion, and submitted documents will differ.
Contract for private road measures
When a document (land use consent form) that can cooperate with the burial of the public sewer pipe can be submitted from the landowner (all members) of the private road, Yokohama City will perform the construction of the public sewer pipe and maintenance after construction.
Contract construction of joint drainage facilities
When documents (construction construction consent form) that can cooperate with construction of sewer pipe can be submitted from land owners (all members) of private road, Yokohama-shi performs construction of sewer pipe (drainage equipment), and sewer pipe after construction Will be managed by you.
