For those who do not have other opportunities to see other medical examinations, such as health check-up at work, and who meet age requirements, medical institutions for cancer screening arehealth check-up.

Those who are exempt from the cost of Yokohama City Cancer Screening in 2024
Those who fall under any of the following 1 to 5 can take a free cancer screening.
However, those who apply to 1 need to apply in green Health and Welfare Center in advance.
１．Tax-exempt households and per capita rates of municipal tax prefectural tax in 2023
Tax-exempt households and per capita rates of the 2023 municipal tax prefectural tax are required to apply for a free cancer screening in Health and Welfare Center in front of health check-up. (In fiscal 2024, colorectal cancer health check-up is free of charge, so there is no need to apply for a confirmation of exemption.)
As we issue "confirmation letter of person targeted for exemption of health check-up examinee", please show this confirmation when you undergo cancer screening.

- After consultation in health check-up, you will not be able to issue a "Confirmation Form for Exemption from Exemption from health check-up".

When you take a cancer screening, please show a health insurance card or other items that can confirm your age.
3.Those who are covered by the Medical System for Elderly Seniors
When you undergo a cancer screening, please show your "Large Elderly Medical Care Insured Card".

When you undergo a cancer screening, please present your "Request for Holidays and Nights".
5.Those who are subject to the Support Benefit Program for Residual Japanese in China
Please show your "identity verification card" when you take a cancer screening.
