Please note that the parking lot of Midori Ward government office may be full on the day of the briefing, so please use public transportation if possible. Parking is charged at the Midori Ward Office.

Questions regarding the contents of the application guidelines will be accepted as follows.

Please submit the “Questionnaire (Form 13)” to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section, Midori Ward. Please note that we will not be able to respond to telephone questions.
