We participated in the "Homogaya Ward People's Festival" under the refreshing autumn weather.
Since it was held for the first time in four years, the venue was crowded with many visitors, from small children to the elderly.
Hodogaya Ward's unique projects, including curry at the Ground Self-Defense Force's Yokohama Garrison and the introduction of Bulgarian culture, were fully entertained at the venue filled with smiles from the Executive Committee, Planning and Steering Committee, and visitors.
