We visited Yokodai housing complex, Isogo-ku, which was developed in the 1940s, and exchanged opinions with the members of the UR Urban Organization, the Yokodai Town Development Council, which is made up of local people, the local base "Machimado-Yokodai Town Window", and the UR Urban Organization. In this area, the "Yokodai Area Conference" was held, and efforts to rebuild suburban residential areas called "Renaissance in Yokodai" are being promoted.
By cooperating with various actors, it was encouraging that it was connected to a livable town and a town where it was easy to raise children, and we had a lot of learning.
Going forward, we will continue to work on revitalizing suburban residential areas and improving attractiveness while listening to the voices of local residents.
