On July 22, we will start a demonstration experiment of telephone inquiries (automatic voice guidance) for COVID-19 vaccines using AI robots will be launched in collaboration with TACT Co., Ltd. This is the first nationwide initiative to introduce automatic voice guidance connected to LGWAN at a basic local government.
For example, if you talk about conditions such as your ward, town name, nearest station, vaccine type, etc., the AI robot will recognize the voice and guide you to the vacancy vaccination place by voice.
Through demonstration experiments using this AI robot, we will enhance citizen services and share the knowledge obtained through the demonstration experiment widely within the agency, and aim to utilize it in future administrative measures.
