From July 22, in collaboration with TACT Co., Ltd., we will start a demonstration experiment to respond to telephone inquiries (automatic voice guidance) for the new corona vaccine using AI robots. This is the first nationwide initiative to introduce automatic voice guidance connected to LGWAN by a basic local government.
For example, if you talk about conditions such as your ward, street name, nearest station, vaccine type, etc., the AI robot will recognize the voice and guide you through the vacant vaccination location by voice.
Through demonstration experiments utilizing this AI robot, we will enhance citizen services, share the knowledge obtained through the demonstration experiments widely within the agency, and aim to utilize it in future administrative measures.
