Yokohama has four children's guidance office locations: central, western, northern and southern. This time, we visited Western children's guidance office, which was relocated last July. It covers about 100,000 elementary school studenｔ, which is responsible for the four wards of Hodogaya Ward, Asahi Ward, Izumi Ward and Seya Ward.
While the situation surrounding elementary school studenｔ is becoming more complex and diversified, I saw the staff working at the forefront of child welfare. We will work hard to create an environment where all children can grow up safely and with peace of mind.
