　　The Mayor of Yokohama

3. Contents of Operations
　　Enforcement Order of the Measurement Law (Government Ordinance No. 329 of 1993) throughout Yokohama City. Hereinafter referred to as “Government Ordinance”) 10
　Non-automatic scales, weights and weights prescribed in Article 1, Item 1. However, a special amount of 1 ton or more.
　Excludes specified measuring instruments with a capacity of less than 1 ton used at fixed measuring instruments and establishments with the specified measuring instruments.

4. Period specified
　　April 1, 2004-March 31, 2004 (3 years)

5 Eligibility
　(1)　Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 27 (Disqualification Clause) of the Measurement Law
　(2)　There must be no delinquency or undeclared about city tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax
　(3)　Gangsters, gangsters, gangsters, gangsters, etc. prescribed in Article 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance
