1 Content of open call for participants
　　Recruitment of Yokohama-shi designated periodical inspection organization based on Article 20 of the Measurement Law

2 Person who makes designation
　　The Mayor of Yokohama

3 Details of operations
　　The Measurement Law Enforcement Order (1993 Cabinet Order No. 329 of 1993) in the entire Yokohama City (Hereinafter referred to as "Government Order").
　Non-automatic scales, weights and weights prescribed in Article 1, Paragraph 1, Item 1. However, special products with a capacity of 1 ton or more
　Excludes fixed measuring instruments and specific measuring instruments with a capacity of less than 1 ton used at establishments that have the same measuring instrument.

4 Designated period
　　April 1, 1960 to March 31, 9 (3 years)

5 Qualifications
　(1)　Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 27 (Disqualification Clause) of the Measurement Law
　(2)　There must be no delinquency or undeclared tax on city tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax
　(3)　Criminal gangs, gang members, etc. prescribed in Article 2 of the Yokohama City Criminal Exclusion Ordinance
　　 Or it corresponds to a person who is deemed to have a close relationship with gang members prescribed in Article 7 of the Ordinance
　　 Nothing
　(4)　As of April 1, 2024, listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List, or
　　 Those who are expected to be registered

6 Selection Method
　　Based on the standards based on Article 28 of the Measurement Law, we will conduct document screening and other documents.
