3 Scope of specified

Among those prescribed in Article 10, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Measurement Law Enforcement Ordinance (1993 Cabinet Order No. 329) in the entire Yokohama City, there are specific measuring instruments with a capacity of 1 ton or more and the specified measuring instruments Specified measuring instruments with a capacity of less than 1 ton used together at establishments.

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028 (3 years)

5 Eligibility

(1)　Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 27 (Disqualification Clause) of the Measurement Law
(2)　Designated as a designated periodic inspection organization in Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures, completed on or after April 1, 2021, and specified cities in the same prefecture. Have a track record of receiving periodic inspection work and performing work.
(3)　There must be no delinquency or undeclared about city tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax
(4)　Do not fall under the category of gangsters, gangsters, etc. prescribed in Article 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, gangsters, etc., or gangsters prescribed in Article 7 of the Ordinance
