According to the collection site installation standard, one accumulation area will be provided for every 10 to 30 households.

When building more than 10 houses, please consult with the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau collection office of each ward regarding collection site.

When 10 or more houses are planned to be built

When building 10 or more single-family homes are built for development activities


When obtaining a development permit based on the provisions of Article 29 of the City Planning Act,


When planning the construction of 10 or more single-family homes are planned for development activities of 20 hectares or more and less than 20 hectares


It is necessary to set up an accumulation place based on the procedure outline for collection site associated with development activities.

When building 10 or more single-family homes that do not fall under development activities



When you build 10 or more single-family homes that do not fall under development activities, please contact the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Business Division.



When building 10 or more apartment


When planning the construction of 10 or more apartment, or 10 or more single-family homes that do not fall under development activities.


In accordance with the collection site installation standards, it is necessary to install an accumulation site (see collection site Criteria I-1-(6)).


When establishing a new collection site, be sure to consult with the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau collection offices in each ward before applying for a building confirmation.


Please submit "Survey reception table such as new house construction".


In addition, we would like you to explain the architectural plan to the local residents in advance and gain an understanding of the location of the accumulation area.

If you plan to build a house with less than 10 houses

Regardless of whether or not they correspond to development activities, if there are less than 10 houses to be built.


It is essential to use an existing cluster located nearby (see collection site Installation Standards I-1-(6)).


When using the existing accumulation area, we ask that you consult and coordinate with the local community.


In addition, as a result of consultation and adjustment, if it is difficult to use existing accumulation place, please talk with Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau collection office of each ward.
