※From November 1, 2022, we resumed display and offer reused furniture.
Last updated March 15, 2024
Some of the substances released as oversized garbage still can be used.
As part of the 3R, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Kanagawa Office provides reused furniture free of charge, instead of repairing.

Reception date Monday to Saturday (we do not accept Sunday and New Year holidays)
Items currently on display (first-come, first-served basis, so it may not be possible depending on the timing)

Please be careful when providing reused furniture.
１．Those who live and work in Yokohama City
２．Those who are not for profit
３．Free provision is limited to one household per month.
４．Furniture is on a first-come, first-served basis, and those who can come directly to pick up.
(We do not help you with transportation at our office.)
５．Reused furniture may not be displayed for the purpose of reusing oversized garbage.
６．Yokohama City will not be liable for any damage caused after being picked up.
(Please take care of it at your own risk.)
７．If you no longer need it after collecting reused furniture, please apply as a normal oversized garbage.
(We do not collect free of charge in Yokohama City.)
８．You may be asked to show your ID card when you come to pick it up.
