Changes in the application form accompanying the invoice system
- On October 1, 2023, the “Qualified Invoice Preservation Method (Invoice System)” was launched. With the start of the invoice system, the format has been changed so that applicants can save the “temporary toilet Human Waste Collection Application Form” as “purchase statements” and “qualified invoices” by describing the following items.
◎Account Name: Yokohama-shi General Account
◎Registration number: T3000020141003
◎Consumption tax amount
◎Date of collection
※If you apply using the old application, you will have to rewrite the changed application.
