The Higashi Hongo Town Development Council, which was established at the end of 2001 by volunteers of local residents and residents' groups, extracts and organizes issues and problems in the Higashi Hongo district by conducting town walks and study sessions. Was.
The result based on such a three-year study is the "Higashi Hongo District Town Development Plan" created in July 2005, and the "Higashi Hongo Town Development Council" and the government take the initiative to improve the issues of the town. The goals of the district and six town development policies are summarized.
As the next step, we will shift to the issue of how to work toward realizing the town development policy indicated in this "Tohongo District Town Development Plan". "Action Plan" is an action plan that shows this specific action guideline.
As a study material for the formulation of the "Action Plan", the six town development policies of the district plan were rebuilt so that the region could work easily in an easy-to-understand manner, and themes of high interest in the region and urgent issues were "pillars". We set up four "action projects" and summarized the specific business contents of town development, the business entity, the project implementation time, etc. for each project.
In the future, the Togo Union Neighborhood Association, the Togo Town Development Council and the government will work closely together to take concrete actions such as business and rule-making based on action plans.
