(Purpose and overview of the Community Development Group)
The Higashihongo Town Development Council, which was established at the end of 2001 by local residents and residents' groups, has extracted and organized issues and problems in the Higashihongo district by conducting town walks and study sessions. Was.
The result based on such a three-year study is the "Higashihongo District Town Development Plan" created in July 2005, and the "Higashihongo Town Development Council" and the government take the initiative to improve the issues of the town. The goals of the district and six town development policies are summarized.
As the next step, we will shift to the question of how to work toward the realization of the town development policy indicated in this "Higashihongo District Town Development Plan". The Action Plan is an action plan that outlines these action guidelines.
As a study material for the formulation of the “Action Plan”, the six town development policies of the district plan were restructured so that the region could work on it in an easy-to-understand manner. We set up two "action projects" and summarized the specific contents of town development, business entity, business entity, business implementation time, etc. of specific town development for each project.
In the future, the Higashihongo Union Neighborhood Association, the Higashihongo Town Development Council and the government will work closely together to take concrete actions such as business and rule making based on the action plan.
