Purpose

In preparation for issues in the event of a major earthquake such as an earthquake directly below the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and a major disaster caused by record heavy rainfall, the four self-government Neighborhood Associations in Hitorizawacho work together to innovate, work to improve the community, disaster prevention, and reduce disaster damage power. The purpose is to continuously promote community-based disaster-resistant town development.
