Developed a master plan for revitalizing the coastal area of Yokohama City (February 2015)

In order to further grow and develop the city as the situation surrounding the city is changing drastically, such as the declining population and the advent of a super-aging society, and responding to global warming and disasters. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the functions of the city center.
Therefore, in March 2014 we consulted with the Yokohama Station Area, Minato Mirai 21 district, and Kannai and Kangai-District, two new districts, the Toshin Nagawa coastal area and Yamashita-Futo area.
As we were reported by the council on February 18, 2015, we received the report and devised "Yokohama-shi central coastal area reproduction master plan".
