In the future, as we proceed with the specific study, we have created a leaflet summarizing the proposals on a map of the coastal area of the city center so that we can understand the overall picture of the proposal.
Aiming to create an attractive world city Yokohama, we aim to create an area where people can freely come and go and go, and we will promote initiatives through public-private partnerships while assessing the feasibility of each proposal. .

Areas of the Master Plan for Revitalizing the Coastal Area of Urban Areas (see Attachment 1) including the area around Yokohama Station, Minato Mirai 21 and Kannai and Kangai-District.

The cost of maintenance and operation shall not be accompanied by public expenditure as the proposer's own burden, and proposals will be recruited in the following three levels.
(1)Proposals that are expected to be implemented in earnest
(2)Proposals to start initiatives from social experiments
(3)Proposals based on the idea level (proposals that aim to conduct full-scale projects or social experiments in the future)

We conduct interviews based on the contents of the proposal, comprehensively evaluate the contents of the proposal, and select a wide range of proposals that may work on through public-private partnerships. Regarding the selected proposals, the competent bureau will proceed with discussions on the possibility of realization, and will proceed with initiatives according to the maturity of the proposals, such as concluding agreements and memorandums.
