Kanazawa Bunko Station Area Community Development Council Guidelines

1 Purpose

This area aims to improve infrastructure such as roads and station squares as a regional base in Yokohama City and the center of Kanazawa Ward, promote the accumulation of functions such as commerce, business, service facilities, and promote the creation of a vibrant and attractive city. You.

2 Consulting Area

Approx. 3.0ha of Yazu-cho, Kanazawa-ku (as shown in the attached figure)

3 District Information

In the town planning consultation district, we are examining community development mainly by local right holders. When planning a building in this district, please proceed with the building plan while planning and coordination of future town development.

4 Eligible buildings

All buildings except for single-family homes

5 Content of discussion

(1)Retreat of walls, walls, etc. of buildings

At the point in contact with the road, please retreat the wall of 1.5m or more from the road boundary as a pedestrian space, a crowd space, or a storefront space.

(2)Installation of parking lots

Please secure the required number of vehicles according to the purpose and scale of the building.

(3)Landscape

Please consider the form and design of the building to be in harmony with the surrounding cityscape.
