Purpose
Being an open space that is used for local disaster prevention activities and used to form local communities in normal times
Target person
Organizations such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations
Major requirements
① Being able to provide land to Yokohama City free of charge for at least 10 years
② To conclude an "Agreement on Maintenance, etc." between Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc. and Yokohama.
③ Position and scale that contributes to the improvement of disaster prevention of the town
Subsidized amount
Subsidiary rate: 9/10
Maximum amount: 1.5 million yen

Property tax of land is exempt from property tax while it is disaster prevention open space.
About general summary of supporting business and list of supporting target district
Demolition costs such as aging buildings with disaster prevention open space maintenance will be assisted separately.

The building has passed its useful life (22 years wooden, 34 years steel frame construction, etc.)
