Yokohama City Initiative Report on the Ordinance on Promoting the Formation of a Decarbonized Society

Based on Article 14 of the Ordinance on Promoting the Formation of a Decarbonized Society, Yokohama City will compile the implementation status of measures for the formation of a decarbonized society, report it to the City Counsil, and announce it.

The ordinance on the promotion of the formation of a decarbonized society in Yokohama clarifies the responsibilities of the city, citizens, and businesses regarding initiatives for decarbonization, and establishes basic matters of the city's measures. By promoting measures comprehensively and systematically, we will promote global warming countermeasures and promote the circulation of the city's economy and sustainable development, and contribute to the sustainable securing of healthy and cultural life of present and future citizens.
