Local production for local consumption business creation support project support program

What is "Auxiliary Program"?

After the round-table conference for the selection of the “Fostering Program”, this program subsidizes some expenses related to the start of the project, and also provides business consultation by experts for the business plan selected as eligible for the subsidy program.

  • For business plan targeted for assistance, we assist a part of expense required for business start (50% of target expense, there is rule of upper limit).
    Note: The grant will be received after the project is implemented.
  • For three years after the start of the business, you can submit a business progress report and receive advice on management as necessary.

To receive a subsidy

Participated in the “training course” held in the “training program” five times in a row, and presented the business plan in a presentation format at a selection round-table conference held after the course.
After that, select the "subsidized program target" to be subsidized.
"Support program target person" carries out business in line with business plan by the end of the year, and, after business operation within predetermined period, please submit business report.
After the project is implemented, an interim report meeting is held to grasp the status of the project implementation. Assistance We assist a part of the expenses required for the start of the business after the completion report of the contents of the application and the receipt of the invoice.

Flow from subsidy grant application to subsidy grant

  1. After the selection round-table conference, selected as the target of the "subsidized program" (subsidized project target).
  2. After the target of the subsidized project submits the subsidy grant application, etc., receive the notification of the subsidy grant decision.
  3. Conduct the project in accordance with the submitted business plan. If necessary, submit an interim report.
  4. Submission of business performance reports, etc.
  5. The amount of the subsidy grant is determined based on the submitted documents.
  6. Submit the invoice based on the finalized amount.
  7. Grant of subsidies.

About application

Those who are eligible for the subsidy program must submit the following documents at an early stage of the fiscal year to apply for the grant.

  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project subsidy grant application (first style)
  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project correlation diagram (second style)
  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project income and expenditure budget book (third style)
  • Letter of Consent (Form No. 4)
  • List of names of officers, etc. pertaining to inquiries regarding gangsters of officers (No. 4 style 2)
  • Materials that show the breakdown of target expenses, such as quotations.
  • Business Overview
  • Recent Financial Report
  • Tax payment certificate
  • Articles of Incorporation, etc.
  • Reference, etc.
  • In addition, documents required by the mayor
  • In the case of new founders, documents confirming that they are not conducting business
    (However, at the time of application, if the business has already opened, documents proving that the business has opened)

After examining the contents of the above documents and finding that the grant is appropriate, you will receive a notification of the subsidy grant decision.

Period of commencement of business and implementation of business

Please start business after notification date of subsidy grant decision.
Please carry out business targeted for assistance in period from business start date to the end of February of the year.
Note: We are planning to hold a briefing session. We have you submit designated documents and have you report business.

Performance Report

Subsidized companies must submit the following set of documents as a performance report by the end of the business start year.

  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project results report (the 16th style)
  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project contents report (the 17th style)
  • Yokohama-shi local production for local consumption business creation support project income and expenditure financial statements (No. 18 style)
  • Copy of payment receipt, transfer receipt and contract related to the target expenses
  • Estimated collection result (when the target expenses for goods, etc. are 1,000,000 yen or more)
  • Photos and products photographed the implementation status of the project
  • If the business is opened after the grant is decided, a copy of the “Individual Business Opening and Closing registration form” or “Incorporated registration form” (corporate)
  • Copy of grant decision letter of advice (fifth style) of subsidy
  • In addition, documents required by the mayor

We examine the above document submission and performance report and decide the amount of grant of subsidy.

Expenses related to project implementation

Subsidized expenses

The target expenses are operating expenses (expenses directly required for the implementation of the project), and are expenses required for agricultural processing and transportation, expenses required for sales promotion, new product development expenses, etc. In addition, ratio of assistance assumes less than half of sum of assistance target expense required for business operation and assists amount that cut off fraction less than 1000 yen.

Development and research expenses

Sales promotion expenses

Expenses required for sales promotion (expenses required for advertising and promotion such as production of exclusive packages from the city, production of promotion goods, sales promotion campaigns, creation of websites and issuance of printed materials, etc.)

Human resource development expenses

Training fees for improving employee skills (tuition fees, instructor fees, material fees, commission fees, etc.)

Other expenses

  • Venue usage fee
  • Equipment rent
  • Venue commissions, etc.
  • Outsourcing expenses required for commercialization (within one-third of the total amount)

(Remarks)
Of the contents listed in the separate table, the expenses listed in the following items are not subject to assistance.
・Expenses for businesses that violate laws, regulations, etc.
・Amount equivalent to consumption tax
・Purchase cost of goods with high versatility and whose purpose of use is not deemed necessary for the execution of this subsidy project.
・Purchase cost of goods less than ¥30,000

Non-subsidized expenses

Rental fees, security deposits, security deposit, brokerage fees, consumables expenses, food expenses, personnel expenses, insurance premiums, vouchers (including stamps and prepaid cards), gasoline machines, transfer fees, utilities expenses, office rents, etc. management fee and transportation expenses, telephone charges, borrowings, etc., expenses related to application for permits and approvals (including commissions for commissions and commissions), public taxes, etc.

Notes

  • If the project has received or has been confirmed to receive funding such as the subsidy system of Yokohama City and its affiliates, the same subsidized expenses will not be eligible.
  • After the subsidy grant is decided, it is not possible in principle to change the business content you applied for. (Minor changes are possible, but please contact us in advance.)
