Local production for local consumption business creation support project assistance program

What is the "Assistance Program"?

After the round-table discussion of the “Fostering Program”, this program subsidizes some expenses related to the start of the business, and provides business consultation by experts for business plans selected as eligible for the subsidy program.

  • For the business plan that has been subsidized, a part of the expenses required for starting the business will be subsidized (50% of the target expenses, there is a rule of upper limit).
    Note: The grant will be received after the project is implemented.
  • For three years after the start of the business, submit a business progress report and receive management advice as needed.

In order to receive a subsidy

Attended the “Fostering Courses” held in the “Fostering Program” five times in a row, and presented the business plan in a presentation format at a selection round-table conference held after the course.
After that, select the "subsidy program target" to be eligible for assistance.
"Supplementary program target" should carry out business in line with business plan within the fiscal year, and submit a business report after conducting the project within the specified period.
After the project implementation, an interim report meeting was held to understand the status of the project implementation. Subsidize a part of the expenses required for the start of the business after the completion report and invoice acceptance of the invoice.

Flow from subsidy grant application to subsidy grant

  1. After the selection round-table conference, they were selected as eligible for the "Assistance Program" (subsidized project target).
  2. After the subsidized project submits a subsidy grant application, etc., receives a subsidy grant decision notice.
  3. Implement the project in accordance with the submitted business plan. If necessary, submit an interim report.
  4. Submission of business performance reports, etc.
  5. Based on the submitted documents, the amount of the subsidy grant is determined.
  6. Submit the invoice based on the finalized amount.
  7. Grants of subsidies.

About application

Persons eligible for the subsidy program must submit the following documents to apply for a subsidy at an early stage of the year.

  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Subsidy Grant Application (First Style)
  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Correlation Map (No. 2 style)
  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Income and Expenditure Budget Book (No. 3 Style)
  • Letter of Consent Form (Form No. 4)
  • List of officers' names related to inquiries regarding gang members of officers (Form No. 4 Form 2)
  • Materials that show the breakdown of the target expenses, such as quotes
  • Business Overview
  • Recent Financial Reports
  • Tax payment certificate
  • Articles of Incorporation or bylaws
  • Brief history, etc.
  • In addition, documents that the mayor needs.
  • In the case of a new founder, documents confirming that they are not doing business.
    (However, if you have already opened a business at the time of application, a document certifying that you have opened a business.)

After examining the contents of the above documents, after the grant is deemed appropriate, you will receive a subsidy grant decision notice.

Period of commencement of business and implementation of the project

Please start your business after the date of notification of the subsidy grant decision.
Please carry out business targeted for assistance in period from business start date to the end of February in the year.
Note: We are planning to hold a briefing session. You have you submit designated documents and have you report business.

Performance Reports

Businesses eligible for assistance must submit the following set of documents as a performance report by the end of the business start year.

  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Results Report (No. 16 Style)
  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Contents Report (No. 17 Style)
  • Yokohama City Local Production for Local Consumption Business Creation Support Project Income and Expenditure Financial Statements (No. 18 Style)
  • Copy of payment receipt, transfer receipt and contract contract for the target expenses
  • Estimated collection results (when the target expenses for goods, etc. are 1,000,000 yen or more)
  • Photographs of project implementation status and results
  • If you open a business after the grant is decided, a copy of "Individual Business Opening and closing registration form" (sole proprietorship) or "registration form Corporation" (corporate)
  • Copy of grant decision letter of advice (fifth style) of subsidy
  • In addition, documents that the mayor needs.

We will examine the above documents submission and performance report, and determine the amount of the subsidy.

Expenses related to project implementation

Subsidized expenses

Eligible expenses are project expenses (expenses directly required for the implementation of the project), and are expenses required for agricultural processing and transportation, expenses for sales promotion, new product development expenses, etc. In addition, ratio of assistance shall be within half of the total cost of supporting target expenses required for project implementation, and we will assist the amount of money that rounded down fractions less than 1,000 yen.

Cost subsidies required for sales promotion (expenses required for advertising and promotion of city-produced package production, sales promotion campaigns, homepage creation and publication of printed matter, etc.)

Human resource development expenses

Training fees (tuition fees, instructor rewards, materials, commissions, etc.) to improve employee skills

Other expenses

  • Venue usage fee
  • Rental fees for equipment
  • Venue setup commissions, etc.
  • Outsourcing costs required for commercialization (within one-third of the total amount)

(Remarks)
Of the contents listed in the separate table, the expenses listed in the following items are not covered by assistance.
・Expenses for businesses that violate laws, ordinances, etc.
・Amount equivalent to consumption tax
・Purchasing cost of goods that are highly versatile and whose purpose is not deemed necessary for the execution of this subsidy project
・Purchase costs for goods with a unit price of less than 30,000 yen

Non-subsidized expenses

Rental fees, deposit, security deposit, brokerage fees, consumables, food, labor costs, insurance premiums, cash vouchers (including stamps and prepaid cards), gasoline stands, transfer fees, utilities expenses, office rents, utilities expenses, office rent, etc. management fee and transportation expenses, telephone charges, repayment of borrowings, etc., expenses related to applications for approval and approvals (including application agency fees), taxes and public dues

Notes

  • When we receive funding support such as subsidy system of Yokohama-shi and its affiliates for the project, or if it is decided to receive it, the same subsidy target expenses are not eligible.
  • After the subsidy grant is decided, it is not possible to change the business content that you applied for. (Small changes are possible, but please contact us in advance.)
