This building was once used as a barn for the Agricultural Technology Guidance Center, and its bright red roof is a landmark.
Nowadays, it is used for various purposes, such as citizen's agriculture university courses, forest creation events, and group training.
It was renovated with the earthquake-resistant construction of 2015 and became brighter than before.
