About designation of Nagi Furuki

About new designation of Naki Furuki The deadline for applying for new designation is June 30 every year (must arrive).

Standards specified by Furuki Naki

Trees that have a history, history or history, or are familiar as symbolic trees, and that are well-grown and have excellent tree volume, and that meet all of the following conditions are eligible.
  1. The tree should be at least 100 years old. (In the case of group designation, the age of the tree is approximately 100 years or more, or it is known as a symbolic forest, or has been recommended by local Neighborhood Association etc.)
  2. You must not cross the border to the neighboring land.
  3. What citizens can easily appreciate.
  4. On public land, it is not a street tree.
  5. It must not be a careless alien organism designated by the Ministry of the Environment.
Even if the above conditions are met, it cannot be specified unless any of the following conditions are met.
※It is not this limit when the mayor judges that it is unavoidable due to the surrounding environment of the tree and growth characteristics even if it does not apply.

  Single designation

  1. The area around the trunk at a height of 1.5 meters from the ground (hereinafter referred to as "circumference") must be at least 1.5 meters. However, if it is branched at that height, the part immediately before branching, and in the case of standing, 70% of the sum around all trunks must be 1.5 meters or more.
  2. The height must be at least 15 meters.
  3. Shrubs with a crown diameter of 3 meters or more.
  4. Climbing trees, with an area of branches and leaves at least 30 square meters.

  Group designation

  1. It is a certain range of forest zones consisting of multiple trees and is not adjacent to the forest zone specified separately.

Standards for designation of local trees

Among trees that can be candidates designated by Naki Furuki, those that meet all of the following conditions are eligible.

  1. The age of the tree should be at least 30 years.
  2. Forming a local landscape, forming a history, history, or being familiar as a symbolic tree in the designated area.
  3. Recommendations from local Neighborhood Association, etc.
  4. You must not cross the border to the neighboring land.
  5. It is easy for citizens to appreciate.
  6. In principle, not on public land.

Designated flow, management, etc.

If you submit the designated application of Naki Furuki, we will investigate the trees and then conduct a review by the designated coordination meeting.
If it is decided to specify, we will notify the owner, and install a sign on the designated tree.
In addition, after designation, please prevent damage of the tree concerned, control pest and pests, and save and manage well.
If there is a change in the administrator, it is necessary to submit the change registration form.
