• Within three months after the review by the review committee, the landowner will obtain the consent of the sale.
• A part of the acquisition cost (more than 10%.) However, we will collect the maximum amount of 5 million yen.
• After the acquisition, we will perform daily management of the forest area (such as patrols from the surrounding area and inquiries regarding management).

A good green space covered with forests remaining in urban areas

• A group of groups with an area of 300 square meters or more and less than 1,000 square meters (including a part of a group of forest areas with an area of 1,000 square meters or more (300 square meters or more and less than 1,000 square meters))
• Those whose boundaries are fixed
• Those that can be in contact with public roads or have a passage for management
• Trees that have little effect on the neighborhood, such as shading, lodging, falling branches, etc.
• There are conditions such as land safety that is ensured and there is no risk of landslides or collapse on adjacent land.

Only organizations such as civil society organizations, NPOs and Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations can apply for the acquisition of forest land. Organizations must be organized by more than 5 households other than relatives.
At the time of application, we submit application, reason book, group member list, fund-raising activity plan, forest land management plan, on-site survey agreement on land, official map, land area survey map, etc.

The forest land where the application has been made will be reviewed by the examination committee by academic experts, etc., and will be decided whether or not to acquire it.
The examination criteria will be determined by the examination committee.
